Shipping and Returns

 

Bizu provides free standard shipping and returns via USPS's shoe boxes. For expedited and international orders, please see the following shipping rate table below. 

If something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept the return of full-priced items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order.  Sale items are considered final sale.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free, but a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from refunds to the original form of payment.

All Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted in your order confirmation email. These items will ship through 10 days once they become available.

To ensure satisfaction, we offer a 14 days return window for all products. Please note that this return window will begin from the date of delivery. You may return items by emailing bizushoescustomercare@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. A member from our team will review your return and once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. 

Once you receive the email, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods.

  1. Securely repackage your shoes. Cover or remove the original mailing address labels. NOTE: Please do not use a shoebox as your shipping container.
  2. Ensure your shoes are properly packaged using the original stuffing.
  3. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package. Please keep a copy of our email with the tracking details of your return.
  4. Once your package arrives back at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. 

Given that we are a small business, all Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact in order to be returned. Bizu is not able to accept returns on items that are not in the original received condition. Please note that items that are returned in a damaged condition, will be returned to the sender. Made to Order and personalized items are not returnable at this time. 


All international return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
