Bizu does have sales, especially during major US and East African holidays. Please subscribe to our mailing list for additional updates.


What if a shoe is unavailable in my size?

Where are Bizu products made? 

All of our mules and ballerina shoes are developed in the United States and handcrafted in Florence, Italy. In the future, we look forward to offering additional products that will be handcrafted in Italy and East Africa. Please subscribe to our mailing list for additional updates.


Is Bizu committed to sustainability and fair labor practices?


Bizu  is committed to maintaining a culture of sustainability, with a responsible attitude towards our customers and the environment which makes up our community. We have partnered with a manufacturer that uses a unique process to develop products that have a lower impact on the environment and pays artisans (what do they call their workers) a living wage. 

 

Bizu takes the extra steps of not using shoes box and instead package the shoes with handmade by East African women….we believe the best way to save environment is not to make boxes that ended up thrown away.


Can I cancel or modify my order?


Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed and an order number has been generated. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns section for additional guidance.


Does Bizu use animal free products?


All of our products are handcrafted using premium calf leather. 


What do I do if I am shipped the wrong order or size?


If you receive the wrong order or size, please email us at customercare@bizushoes.com and we will provide a complementary exchange at no charge to you.


Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?


Items purchased on Bizu may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same card used for original payment. For additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly at customercare@bizushoes.com


What do I do if my item has not arrived within the expected shipping window?

If your item has not arrived during the expected shipping window, please email us at customercare@bizushoes.com and we will work with our shipping partners to locate the item and provide an update.
